Disabling, deactivating and deleting vendor accounts in MultiMerch
There are three ways of temporarily or permanently removing a vendor account in MultiMerch – disable, deactivate and delete.
In case you need to temporarily disable a vendor account (either for policy violations or other reasons), you can change vendor account status to Disabled in Admin > MultiMerch > Vendors > Edit. Performing this action will disable the account, but keep the vendor data intact.
If you want to permanently prevent the vendor from listing items in your multi vendor marketplace and creating a new account with the same email address, change vendor's status to Deleted instead. This will keep vendor's account data, but will not allow them to use it anymore.
If you want to completely remove the vendor account and all associated vendor information, use the Delete action in the Admin > MultiMerch > Vendors interface. This action can not be reversed!
